Handling time is the time it takes me to make your order.
It takes about 5 business days for jewelry in stock,

and 14 business days for made-to-order or custom orders.

Every order is packaged as a gift and sent with a shipping confirmation number!

The speed of delivery and the extent of the tracking depend on the service you choose at checkout:​

Default Shipping
Shipping time takes 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your country.

 

ECO POST
Arrives within 7-10 days. Insurance is suitable for Silver jewelry up to 50$.

Tracking is provided for shipments to 111 countries, including major destinations like the US, UK, Canada, and parts of Europe.

EMS
Arrives at your door in approximately 5 days. Insurance is suitable for Silver jewelry or several pieces of jewelry up to 80$.

 

UPS/DHL/D2D
Arrives at your door within 3-4 days. This is the fastest and safest method. Insurance is up to 500$. Insurance upgrades are available according to the shipping carrier.

 

All time frames are estimated and provided by the carriers.
All local customs fees and taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Returns, Re-sizing, Re-polishing 

​

You can return jewelry up to 10 days after its arrival.

The jewelry should be sent back in its original condition and gift package.

Refunds will be sent after the package is received and will not include shipping costs.

​

Custom-made and resized jewelry can't be returned.

Some exceptions are possible, but as a general rule, custom changes are made especially for you, making it unsuitable for resale.
