Custom orders

Custom orders are welcome. To make a custom order, please contact me.

 

Customs

​

International customers are responsible for all customs fees and delays in their countries. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges.

 

Payments

​

Payments are accepted through Paypal. You can pay with Paypal, even if you do not have an active account, just by filling in your credit card details. Orders will be made and shipped after payment has been received.

 

Returns requests

​

Will be accepted within 3 days of your receiving your purchase. I will refund your payment after I get the package you sent. It is advised to send with a tracking number. Please send the item in the same condition as you received it, in the same package.

 

Refunds

​

Refunds for a returned package will be Shipping fee excluded.

Refunds are permitted for any reason, within 3 days of package arrival. Except for custom orders which are considered individually. Custom orders are any personal requested changes, including rings that are fitted to size.
