When making an order, please send me your forearm measurements-
1. Circumference- Cut a strip of paper (not string) 1-2 cm wide. Wrap the piece around your forearm and using a pen, mark where the end overlaps. Measure the marked length with a ruler, then send me the length in mm.
2. Diameter - measure how wide your forearm is with a ruler, and send me the result in mm.
Keep in mind that size will be affected by the normal swelling and shrinking caused by hot or cold weather, physical exercise, medication, or weight changes.
